Installation and performance showed in the Mejan Gallery in Stockholm Sweden.
A take on Café de Paris as a cultural haven, brand of the people, in times when boarders and divisions have become vague and questions have arisen about finding the local in the global. The result is an installation that creates a dialog between different voided cultural vessels that all relate to the similar elements of the Café de Paris of the world. A reference to one of Birgir Andrésson works appears in the piece. The piece in question being Build (2004) where Mr. Andrésson cuts out forms of the lay outs of the old architecture in Iceland in a cardboardbox. In this piece the subitude is an architectural lay outs of a global reference point instead of the local one of Iceland.
